Private Training is a great way to receive personal attention and improve individually under the careful eye of our trainers. Private training will focus on basic fundamentals and grow and develop as the individual athlete grows. Focal points will include dribbling and ballhandling, shooting form and mechanics, speed, agility and quickness. Every workout will be specific to each individual athlete needs and focus on improving in core fundamental areas. Our team will help turn athletic weakness in to areas of strength and confidence. Each training is 1 hour in length.
