Vertical & Performance Training

Being a top performing athlete is more than just reps on the court or perfecting your shot.  Those are two tools in the basketball players toolbox.  However, a vital tool that is often overlooked is performance training.  This includes speed, agility, vertical, lateral quickness and hand eye coordination.  All aspects off the court will be stressed in order to strentgthen and maximize each indvidual athlete's ability.
